How to make
The classic Caesar salad is one of the most popular and well-known salads in the world.
Unfortunately, there are people who can't consume it in the original version because of its sauce, which contains anchovies and a raw egg and some people don't like the taste of that.
In this recipe I have a light and simple yogurt sauce for you, which you can serve your Caesar salad with and make it no less delicious.
For it, mix a nice, thick and creamy yogurt with mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, a pinch of salt and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Garlic powder can also be added. The density of the sauce will depend on the amount of lemon juice you add.
In a bowl, chop the iceberg in bulk - washed and well dried. Chop the tomato and a little onion if desired. Season all of this with olive oil and salt.
Cut the cooked chicken fillet into pieces and distribute it on the salad along with the croutons (to prepare them, just cut a slice of bread into cubes, drizzle them with olive oil and bake them in a pan or in the oven for a short time).
Drizzle the salad with the yogurt sauce, if you like add olives and serve it.
It is also appropriate to add parmesan or other hard fragrant cheese.
Enjoy your meal!
