How to make
The vegetables are washed and cleaned.
Cut them into circles and arrange them in a tray, by repeating the sequence of products.
When the tray is full, pour olive oil over them, season them with salt and sprinkle them with oregano and thyme.
The tray is wrapped in aluminum foil and placed in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake them until they aquire a nice appetizing color.
Sprinkle the ratatouille with the grated mozzarella and parmesan and leave it a little longer in the oven.
The ratatouille with mozzarella is ready.
