Ingredients

  • fine oatmeal - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • milk - 3/4 cup (150 ml)
  • coconut oil - for greasing
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • yolks - 2 pcs.
  • vanilla protein - 3 tbsp.
  • fruit - for garnish

How to make

Grind the oatmeal until a flour is obtained.

Mix them with the yolks, milk, sugar and vanilla protein.

Mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the pancake mixture along with the baking powder.

Mix all of the ingredients well for the preparation of the American pancakes and with the help of a ladle scoop the mixture and pour it into a Teflon pan.
