Ingredients

  • pork - 14 oz (400 g)
  • potatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • zucchini - 14 oz (400 g)
  • onions - 3
  • garlic - 1 head
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • water - 2 cups
  • bay leaf - 2
  • black pepper - crushed
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Cut the meat into bites, the potatoes coarsely, the zucchini into cubes, the onion into medium pieces, the parsley finely and peel the garlic cloves. Mix all the products together with the spices, pepper and salt to taste.

Put it into a clay pot or glass cook pot. Add the wine, oil and water. Cover with a lid and put the dish in a cold oven, gradually increasing the temperature to 390°F (200 °C).

After an hour and a half, the dish is ready.
