Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • hartshorn - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Mix a soft dough, which is allowed to stand for 1 hour, and then roll out a crust about 0.5″ (1 cm) thick.

Cut it into strips that are wrapped around cones, which have previously been coated with oil, and then bake.

Once baked, take out the tray and put whatever cream you want on them. I personally use Dr. Oetker.
