In a large bowl, beat the cream along with the powdered sugar, cocoa and rum.
In another dry bowl, beat the egg whites with the remaining icing sugar.
Mix the two mixtures with a silicone spatula from the bottom to the top.
Add the liquid chocolate and stir again.
Put the incredible semifreddo in the freezer for a few hours.
If desired, you can grate chocolate on it when serving it.
