  • cocoa - 2.3 oz (65 g)
  • baking powder - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • milk - 8 fl oz (240 ml)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 4 fl oz (120 ml)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • vanilla - 2 pcs.
  • hot coffee - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • for the cream
  • cream cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • mascarpone - 9 oz (250 g)
  • melted white chocolate - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 4 - 5 tbsp (60 g)

How to make

Mix the dry products into a bowl.

In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, oil and lemon juice. Stir and add it to the dry mixture. Add the hot coffee.

The mixture is divided into three parts, which are baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

The cake layers are left to cool.

The cream cheese is mixed with mascarpone and sugar and is then stirred. Add the melted and cooled chocolate and add the sour cream at the end.

The cake is assembled - cake layer, 1/3 cream, cake layer, cream, cake layer and finish off with cream.

Pour the melted chocolate over the chocolate cake and decorate it with fresh strawberries.

The chocolate cake with strawberries and mascarpone is ready.
