  • strawberries - 3 1/3 cups (800 g)
  • cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • sugar - 3 tbsp
  • lemons - 1
  • gelatin - 2 1/3 tsp (12 g)
  • cottage cheese - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • biscuits - 8 oz (225 g), soft
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • oats - 3 tbsp

How to make

Crumble the biscuits finely. Beat the butter into cream and mix it with the biscuits. Pour the mixture into a cake ring laid out with baking paper. Press it to the bottom and leave it in the fridge.

Soak the gelatin in boiled water that's been cooled, until it swells, then dissolve it in a water bath. Beat the cottage cheese into cream. Drain the juice from the lemon, grate its rind finely. Add the juice and rind to the cottage cheese. Add the sugar and stir everything well. Add the gelatin, stir once more and add the cream.

Smear the chocolate (melted in a water bath) over the dough. Put half of the strawberries, cut into halves, on top. Pour the cottage cheese cream over them and put the cake for 2 hours in the fridge.

Remove it from the cake ring and sprinkle the sides with oats.
