How to make
Heat the milk along with the sugar (enough for it to dissolve) and add the vanilla.
Beat the yolks along with the cream with a wire whisk and add the milk to them.
Pour it into bowls and bake the cream in a water bath at 320°F (160 degrees) for about an hour.
Allow to cool in the oven, then refrigerate it for a few hours.
Sprinkle the prepared chilled Cream Brulee with 1 tbsp. of brown sugar and caramelize it with a burner.
