  • chicken drumsticks - 3 pcs.
  • vegetable mix - 1.1 lb (500 g) chickpeas, peas, carrots
  • salt
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • tomato juice - 1/2 cup

How to make

Clean the chicken drumsticks. In a suitable baking pan, pour olive oil and add the tomato juice.

Arrange the chicken drumsticks on top of the sauce. Season them with salt.

Open the jar with a mix of chickpeas, peas and carrots. The vegetables are cooked and are ready to eat.

Pour the mixture around the chicken drumsticks. Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees), until the drumsticks are fully cooked.

They need aquire a golden color. Sprinkle the finished dish with basil leaves.

The chicken drumsticks with chickpeas, peas and carrots are ready.
