How to make
It is best to make the chicken bohcha with dry bread. Carve the end part of a loaf and smear it with softened butter.
Put the crumbs in a bowl. The chicken is cut into cubes and goes in with the crumbs.
Add the other products as well. Grate the yellow cheese on a large grater. Crack an egg.
Peel half an orange, remove the skins and cut it into pieces. Add a little oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
Mix the mixture well with a spoon and fill the carved bread with it.
A sheet of aluminum foil, which is greased lightly with butter in advance, is folded on all sides to form something like a bowl, in which you can put the stuffed bread.
Bake it for a short while in a preheated oven or grill. When it is fully baked, it is ready to eat.
Serve the chicken bohcha with a salad garnish of your choice.
