How to make
Prepare the pancakes - 2 eggs, 2 cups of water or milk and 2 cups of flour, a pinch of salt.
All products are finely chopped, the chicken is boiled well or lightly fried if it is a fillet.
At one end of the pancake, put some of the mixture and fold once into a crescent, then once more.
Beat the 3 eggs and dip each pancake nicely on both sides and fry in heated oil.
Drain on paper for 10 seconds.
