measures

How to make

Put all of the products in a blender and blend until you have a homogeneous mixture. Depending on my mood, I sometimes add sesame tahini or agave syrup, you can always increase or decrease the amount of any ingredient according to your own preferences.

When the mixture is ready, it is best to put it in the fridge for about half an hour, so that the candy mixture can set a bit - this will make it easier to shape the truffles with your hands.

Meanwhile, prepare the decoration.

When the mixture has set, shape the raw truffles. Put a whole hazelnut inside each truffle and roll them in cocoa. You can put a mini-sugar figurine on top, in this case they turned out very sweet with colorful sugar butterflies - this wonderful delight for the senses is now ready!

Festive raw vegan truffles are very easy to make and are extremely effective as a gift or a treat for special occasions.

You can experiment with different decorations, by making your base mixture and making different shapes from it - use your imagination.

The boxes for the vegan truffles, I had kept from other chocolates that I thought were appropriate and all you have to do is decorate them with a ribbon or arrange them beautifully on a serving plate.

Enjoy!
