How to make
Boil the sugar and water until they turn into a syrup.
Add the lemon juice and remove it from the heat. Allow it to cool.
The kadaif is divided into strands and the cheese is shredded.
Melt the butter in a small baking pan, add half of the kadaif, distribute the cheese and cover it with the remaining kadaif.
Bake the Turkish dessert for about 30 minutes at 340°F (170 degrees) until it aquires a golden brown color.
Take it out and pour the cold syrup over it.
Cover it for a few minutes and sprinkle it with crushed pistachios.
The Turkish kadaif dessert is served hot, so that the cheese is stringy.
