How to make
Today I made kunefe. I used semi-cooked kadayif, mozzarella and melted butter.
First I made the syrup and left it to cool.
I poured half of the butter into a baking pan and put half of the crushed kadayif on top. I pressed it down lightly.
I arranged the sliced mozzarella, pressed it and covered it with the other part of the kadayif.
I poured it with the other half of the butter.
Bake at 360°F (180°C), until it is ready. Pour the cooled syrup over it.
Magical Kunefe - this syrup cake is very tasty - both hot and cold!
