How to make
Cut the onions and carrots into cubes and the potatoes - into sticks, as if making fries.
Pour a little olive oil into each guvec and start alternating potatoes, onions and carrots. Second row of potatoes, a whole roasted pepper and sliced cucumbers (into strips), corn and a slice of white cheese.
Add the corn on top and pour the mixed tomato chutney, tomato puree and tomato juice.
You can also add 3 tbsp. water in each guvec.
Season them with spices and drizzle them with a little olive oil.
Bake the guvec pots until they are fully baked.
