An interesting recipe for terrine with pumpkin cream.
Start by whipping the confectionery cream. In a bowl add the dry mixture and water and beat it with a mixer, divide the mixture into two and prepare two different colors of your choice.
Peel the pumpkin, clean it and cut it into small cubes.
Grab a pot, put the pumpkin, sugar and water inside, then boil the mixture for half an hour and while it is still warm, mash it, add two spoons of liquid chocolate and two or three drops of vanilla and mix well.
At the bottom of the terrine, place stretch foil and arrange a row of cookies, a row of pumpkin cream and finish it off and close it up with a stretch foil and put it in the refrigerator to set.
Take it out from the refrigerator, decorate it with confectionery cream and with the help of a piping bag make flowers and put it back in the refrigerator to set.
