How to make
Pour the coconut milk into a large bowl, add the strawberry pudding powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
Using a mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed, until all of the ingredients are homogenized.
Pour the finished mixture for our homemade ice cream into ice cube trays and put them in the freezer to freeze well.
Take the frozen ice cream out of the ice cube trays and put them in a blender.
Blend at maximum power for a short time until a nice thick mixture is obtained.
The strawberry ice cream is then ready for immediate consumption.
