How to make
Wash the potatoes with a brush without peeling them. Put them to boil in lightly salted water, do not boil too long.
Cut the finished potatoes in half and hollow them out to shape them like boats. Salt lightly and put a little oil in each boat. Stir together the finely chopped smoked chicken, crumbled cow cheese, grated cheese, parmesan cheese, smoked cheese with eggs and spices.
Mix well and fill the potatoes. Put them in a greased pan and top up with 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water. Put the stuffed potatoes with cheese and chicken to bake in a moderately heated oven for about 20-30 minutes.
