Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4 lb (1.8 kg) young, boiled with the peels
  • peppers - 1, red
  • olive oil - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 °C). Braise the chopped pepper in olive oil. Remove it from the heat and set it aside.

Cut the potatoes in half and remove the insides. Mix the butter, cream, salt and black pepper and fill the potatoes. Add the braised pepper and fry.

Bake the potatoes in the oven and serve while still warm.
