Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • salt - a pinch
  • sugar - a pinch
  • butter - for spreading it on the pancakes
  • apples - 1 pc.
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • maple syrup

How to make

In a bowl, break the egg. Add the milk, flour, salt and sugar. Beat the mixture with a mixer or a blender.

Heat a non-stick frying pan. Add a little fat and pour a ladle of the mixture.

Pour it evenly and bake the crepe on both sides. Spread each crepe with butter while they're still warm.

Peel an apple and a banana. Cut them into small pieces. Place the pieces of fruit on the crepe and pour a little maple syrup on top.
