Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 1 cup
  • onions - 1 head
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste
  • parsley

How to make

Wash the potatoes and boil them. Once cool, peel and grate them. Add the finely chopped onion, parsley, cheese and eggs.

Stir the mixture well and add salt and black pepper. Serve the patties hot with yoghurt, dill and garlic, lettuce or a garnish of your choice.
