How to make
Knead a medium hard dough from the eggs, flour and salt. Roll out into a sheet with a thickness of about 1/4″ (0.5 cm). Cut it into the desired size squares, place in boiling salted water with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Be careful not to let them stick together if you're boiling more than one sheet. After a minute, remove and place on a towel to drain.
