Ingredients

  • for the base
  • biscuits - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • for the cake layer
  • cream cheese - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • confectionery cream - 17 fl oz (500 ml)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • corn starch - 1 oz (30 g)
  • yogurt - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vanilla - essence a few drops
  • blueberry jam

How to make

Crush the biscuits into small pieces. Mix them with the melted butter.

Mix well and spread the mixture on the bottom of a cake tin with a removable bottom (8.3″ - 21 cm). Press it down with a spoon.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake the cheesecake base for 5-10 minutes. Take it out and allow it to cool slightly.

Make the cake layer by mixing all of the products. Mix them with a wire whisk very well, so that there are no lumps and the mixture turns out smooth.

Pour it over the biscuits. Wrap the form nicely with aluminum foil in several layers so that no water enters during baking.

Put it in a larger baking pan, pour water and bake it in a water bath at 300°F (150 degrees) for 1.45 hours. Take it out and allow the cheesecake to cool down.

Spread the American cheesecake with the blueberry jam.

Leave the American blueberry cheesecake in the refrigerator for a few hours to set.
