  • plain biscuits - 2 packets
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • cream cheese - 3 small packets
  • blueberry jam - 1 jar
  • powdered sugar - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • confectionery cream - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Crumble the biscuits into powder or grind them in the chopper.

Melt the butter and add it to the biscuits and after you have mixed them well, pour them into the cake form and press them down well to create the base of the cheesecake.

In a bowl pour the cream cheese and sugar, mix everything well with a mixer and add the cream.

Pour the resulting mixture into the cake form and smooth it out and then put the jam on top.

Optionally, you can decorate with blueberries on top.
