How to make
With a suitable peeler, peel the peel of one of the oranges - only the orange part. Grind it in a blender or grinder and mix it with the powdered sugar.
Peel all of the citrus fruit, so that there are no white parts on them. Cut them into pieces and remove seeds, if there are any.
In a bowl of a blender or food processor, place the lemon pieces and oranges with the sugar. Grind them at full power for 2 minutes until the mixture is absolutely smooth.
Pour the ice in the fruity liquid. If your cubes are very large, crush them into smaller pieces in advance so that they do not make blending too difficult for you appliance, if it is not very powerful.
Blend for a few seconds on medium power to obtain fine ice particles.
Pour the finished sorbet into cups and serve it immediately as a refreshing drink or a light, fresh finish to a filling dinner or lunch.
