  • eggs - 7 - 8 pcs.
  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • tomato sauce - 12 fl oz (350 ml)
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • white cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt
  • oregano
  • basil
  • black pepper

How to make

Put the butter in a pan to melt. After the butter has melted, add the flour and paprika.

Mix it. The flour should be fried for about 2 minutes. Then add the tomato sauce and water. Stir well.

Add the salt, oregano, basil and as much black pepper as you like. Stir again. Leave it on the stove, in order for the tomato sauce to boil.

Once the tomato sauce is boiled, reduce the hob to low heat. Crack the eggs and add them carefully in the tomato sauce.

Leave the pan on the stove until the tomato sauce thickens. When the meal is ready, remove it from the heat and crumble the white cheese on top of the eggs.

The delicious eggs with tomato sauce are ready.
