  • spring onion - 3 stalks
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • old bread - 1 large slice
  • breadcrumbs - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • black pepper

  • salt

How to make

Boil the cleaned fish in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.

Then take it out and debone it well. Break it up into small pieces and add the finely chopped spring onions, the crumbs of bread, breadcrumbs, crushed garlic cloves and other spices.
