Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch them for 3 minutes, then drain them. Slice the tomatoes in half, the corn cobs – in pieces, while the chili peppers - finely. Slice the meat in thin pieces across the tissue.
Mix the soya and fish sauce with the lemon juice. Clean and chop the garlic. Mix everything with the meat and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
In preheated oil, fry the meat, which has been drained from the marinade in advance. Add the broccoli and corn, lightly fry, add the tomatoes, marinade and chili peppers.
Sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.
