How to make
Put cool water, sugar, salt, yeast and a little flour in a deep bowl and leave them for around 10 minutes to become effervescent, then successively add the pre-beaten eggs (set aside 1 yolk to spread), the already mixed baking powder with yoghurt and oil. Do all of this while constantly stirring.
Add the sifted flour. Knead into a soft dough. Allow to stand for 20 minutes, roll it out, but not too thin. Smear with melted butter and sprinkle it with feta cheese (optional). Roll it up into a roll, which is rolled and pulled several times.
Dab with the egg yolk, sprinkle it with sesame seeds, put it in a warm 210°F (100 °C) oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 360°F (180 °C).
