  • plain cocoa biscuits - 1 packet (200 g)
  • plain biscuits - 1 packet (200 g)
  • milk - 5 cups
  • sugar - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • vanilla starch - 2 packets (120 g)
  • sprinkles - for sprinkling

How to make

Prepare a tray in which you will prepare the biscuit cake.

Arrange biscuits on the bottom of it.

Pour 3/4 cup of milk into bowls and pour the contents of the packets of starch in them as well. Stir well until they're completely dissolved.

Pour the remaining milk into a pot and put it on the stove on medium heat.

Once it warms up, add the sugar to it. Stir well. Then add the dissolved starch in a thin stream to the pot with milk.

Stir constantly until the cream thickens.

Once the cream is ready, pour some of it over the biscuits. Then arrange another row of biscuits and pour some of the cream again.

Finally, arrange biscuits again and spread the remaining cream with a spoon to complete the homemade biscuit cake.

Wait a bit for the ordinary biscuit cake with cream starch to cool and sprinkle it with plain or chocolate sprinkles.

Refrigerate it overnight and serve it.
