Ingredients

  • baguettes - whole wheat
  • butter - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • cream - 1/2 small cup
  • cream cheese - 1 package
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • chives - 1/2 - 1/3 bunch
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salmon - 3 - 4 fillets, smoked

How to make

Cut the baguette into round slices and melt the butter. Beat the cream cheese with the cream, olive oil, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

Chop the chives and mix in with the blend. Dip each piece of baguette lightly in butter, brush with a little of the blend and garnish with a some of the salmon fillet on top.
