Ingredients

  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • flour - 1 cup
  • yogurt - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • vanilla - 1/2 ampoule or 2 powders
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

Sift the flour with the baking powder and melt the butter. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light in color. Add the yoghurt and mix everything well again.

Add the melted butter. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well with a stirrer so that no lumps remain.

Finally, add the vanilla. Put muffin paper cups in the muffin tin and pour the mixture in them.

Do not fill them up to the top, only about 3/4 of them. Bake the vanilla muffins for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees).
