How to make
Ingredients are for 12 muffins. The dough ends up thick but that's not a problem - you'll get soft, fluffy and very tasty muffins. Pit the cherries using a knife. You need about 5-6 cherry halves in each muffin.
Beat the eggs with a mixer. In another bowl, beat the margarine with the powdered sugar. Add the vanillas and yoghurt. Sift the flour and add the baking powder to it. Stir everything well.
You're going to obtain an aromatic, yellow sludge. Oil the muffin tray, sprinkle lightly with flour and pour in the sludge, distribute it evenly. Even it out with a small teaspoon.
Place 5-6 cherry halves on top of each and press them in carefully. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
