How to make
In a bowl, mix the soya sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar, salt and sesame seeds that have been lightly toasted in a dry pan. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Peel the avocado and cut it into a large bowl along with tomato cubes. Add grated zucchini, mix and pour on the sesame dressing.
Serve this salad with a slice of lime.
