Ingredients

  • vine leaves - 20 - 30 pcs.
  • rice - 1 cup
  • beef minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • tomato puree - 1 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • mint - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • water - 2 and 1/2 cups

How to make

Clean the vine leaves from the stalks. Put them in boiling water for a few minutes until they change color and soften.

Soak the rice in cold water for about 30 minutes. Strain it when it's ready.

Finely chop the onion and carrot.
