How to make
Peel the potatoes, carve them out and fill them with the following mixture.
Fry the minced meat with the onions, add salt, an egg, parsley and garlic. Stir the mixture and stuff the potatoes.
Arrange them in a shallow and wide pot in a row and pour the butter over them, 1 cup of hot water and stew them.
Prepare a bechamel sauce and pour it over the potatoes. The sauce is prepared by frying the flour in butter and then diluting it with milk. Add salt and boil it for 5-6 minutes.
