  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • chia - 3 tbsp.
  • fresh strawberries - 4 - 5 pcs.

How to make

In a bowl, mix the chia seeds and yogurt and leave them overnight to swell up.

In the morning, pour oatmeal at the bottom of a glass, cover the oatmeal with yogurt and chia and a spoonful of honey.
