How to make
Peel, wash, and halve the potatoes lengthwise, carve them out like boats and fry them in plenty of oil. Arrange in a buttered baking dish, after having cut off a bit of the bottom of each potato so that they stay stable.
Sprinkle each potato with soya sauce, distribute pieces of smoked meat, sprinkle with herbs and grated cheese. Brown them slightly to reddening.
