How to make
The potatoes mustn't be completely boiled, so that when you cut them into 2 boats they remain solid (boil in salted water).
After you cut them in 2, carve part of the middle out with a spoon, to form depressions which you will then fill. In a plate, mix the finely chopped onion, garlic and the insides of the potatoes, which you had removed.
Mix and fill the boats with this mixture. Sprinkle with savory. Arrange them in a greased oven dish and bake until the onions soften.
Meanwhile, beat two eggs with some crushed peas and grate the cheese separately. When the onions soften, top the boats with the egg and bake until ready.
Put the grated cheese on top and return it to the oven only long enough for the cheese to melt. Serve the dish warm.
