How to make
In an oven dish, sift the flour and add the salt and dry yeast to it. In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar, milk, yoghurt and oil. Make a well and pour in the mixture. Stir with a spoon at first, then knead a dough with your hands until you obtain a nice, smooth dough.
Leave it to rise for at least 30 min. Divide it up into whatever size you want your boats to be and roll out each into an oval shape, then curl the edges inward.
Smear the middle with the tomato paste and sprinkle generously with all of the chopped ingredients for the filling.
Leave them to rise briefly, then bake in a preheated oven. Before you take them out for the final time, sprinkle them with grated cheese and return to the oven for the cheese to crisp.
