How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into flat fillets. Grind the chicken broth and pour a cup of beer over it and mix them well.
Add the soy sauce and if you like you can add black pepper, if you want them to have a spicy taste. Stir them well and leave them aside for a while.
Beat the eggs with the remaining beer and prepare the flour and the pan with the oil. First, roll each fillet nicely in flour, then in the eggs and finally, in the cornflakes, fry them until they aquire a nice golden color.
Place them onto kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
