How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl. Make a well. Dilute the yeast in warm water. Add the already diluted yeast with the water in the flour.
Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar and the oil. Cut the olives, but before that they need to be pitted. Add the chopped olives to the other ingredients.
Knead the dough. Transfer it onto a floured surface and continue kneading it. Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes. Divide it into 6 parts.
Make a small baguette from each part. Stretch the dough with your hands. Place them in a tray lined with baking paper and smear them with the beaten egg, using a brush.
Sprinkle them generously with sesame seeds. Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees).
