  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • spinach - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • spring onions - 1 bunch
  • onions - 1 onion
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • oil - 1 and 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Clean the spinach, soak it briefly in cold water, strain it and cut it. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Clean and chop onions and carrots.

In the hot oil, sauté the onions and carrots, add the spinach and let it simmer until it reduces its volume. Add warm water and add the potatoes.

Stew again until the potatoes have softened, add the chopped tomatoes, spring onions, salt and cumin. Cook the stew until it's ready.
