  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • blackcurrant jelly - 7 oz (200 g)
  • walnuts - 1 cup (grinded)

How to make

Spread each biscuit with jelly and stick them together to form a roll.

Beat the butter with the powdered sugar until you have a fluffy cream.

Grease the outside of the biscuit roll with butter.

Roll the biscuit roll in the grinded walnuts, wrap it in foil and leave it for 24 hours for the biscuits to soften.

Once the jam roll has set, cut it horizontally, so that the slices are striped and serve.
