Stick the biscuits together with the rosehip jam. Mix the powdered sugar with the butter, which you've left outside the refrigerator to soften beforehand and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Smear the roll on all sides and roll in the crushed walnuts or whatever you have prepared for rolling. Allow to sit in the refrigerator 3-4 hours and carefully cut it obliquely with a sharp knife – it is absolutely necessary to cut it slantwise.
The products make 2 rolls with a length of about 12″ (30 cm). You can optionally roll them in ground biscuits, chocolate sprinkles - there's all kinds of possibilities.
