"Our favorite classic salad, but with pieces of chicken and fragrant dressing"

Ingredients

  • green salad - 1 pc.
  • bread - 2 slices
  • chicken breast - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • parmesan
  • For the dressing
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 10 tbsp.
  • worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • anchovies - 3 pieces
  • eggs - 1 pc.

  • black pepper

How to make

The green salad is washed and shredded into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients: mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, one egg (boiled for 2 minutes) and as much salt and black pepper as you like.

Blend everything until a smooth sauce is obtained.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper and a little mustard.

Arrange them in a baking pan and drizzle them with a little olive oil. Bake them at 390°F (200°C) until they aquire a golden color.

The slice of bread is cut into small cubes, which are seasoned with oregano and drizzled with olive oil. Bake them in a baking tray at 390°F (200°C) with the fan on until they aquire a golden color.

Just before serving it, the salad is mixed with the sauce and croutons.

Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese and garnish it with the chicken pieces.
