How to make
Skin the peanuts if needed. Place them into a blender and add the yogurt, chopped onion, soy sauce and paprika.
Blend all the ingredients on high speed.
Since the mix tends to stick on the sides of the container, pause the blender when you hear it spin without blending and push the dip down with a spatula.
Turn it back on and keep blending, until you achieve a smooth texture with very tiny pieces of peanuts in it.
Add salt if needed and stir.
Serve the peanut dip with nachos, crackers, toasted bread or grissini breadsticks.
