Ingredients

  • mince - 24.5 oz (700 g) mixture
  • olives - 1/2 cup, pitted
  • feta cheese - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 1
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • onions - 1 head
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oregano - dried
  • black pepper - ground
  • cumin - crushed

How to make

Knead the minced meat with the egg, vinegar, olive oil, spices to taste and add the finely chopped olives, garlic, onions. Combine this mixture with the chopped into small cubes feta cheese and cheese.

Let the mixture sit for 1-2 hours to absorb all the flavors. Shape small balls and arrange them in a buttered tray. Put them to bake in a pre-heated 390°F (200 °C) oven until golden.

Optionally, you can roll them in flour and fry.
