How to make
Heat olive oil in a pan, add 1/4 cup of chickpeas. Saute them for 3-4 minutes until they aquire a golden brown color. Remove them from the heat and allow them to cool.
Put the remaining chickpeas in a blender and the avocado, tahini, lemon juice and garlic and blend them until you have a smooth mixture.
Season it with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the hummus with extra chickpeas, olive oil from the pan and paprika.
Serve it with Arabic bread and meat skewers.
